What is HAPY?
The Fund employs an indexing investment approach designed to track the performance of the Index. The Fund invests at least 80% of its total assets in securities that are included in the Index. The Index is designed to deliver exposure to equity securities of U.S. companies that are "corporate culture leaders" based on scores produced by Irrational Capital LLC ("Irrational Capital" or the "Index Provider"). "Corporate culture leaders" are those companies with high "Human Capital Factor" scores, which are determined by Irrational Capital in accordance with a rules-based methodology that seeks to identify companies that best manage their human capital, resulting in highly motivated and engaged employees. Companies with market capitalizations in excess of $1 billion at the time of Index reconstitution are eligible for inclusion in the Index. The Index is equally weighted and composed of approximately 70 to 100 companies with top Human Capital Factor scores at the time of Index reconstitution.

What is ETF correlation?
Correlation is a measure of the strength of the relationship between two ETFs. It quantifies the degree to which prices of the two ETFs typically move together.
Here, correlation is measured over the past year with the Pearson correlation coefficient (Pearon’s r), which ranges from -1 to 1.
Using ETF correlations in portfolio and strategy construction
ETF correlations can help you create investing strategies and portfolios. Use them to:
- •Build a diversified portfolio from uncorrelated or inversely correlated ETFs with the aim of minimizing portfolio risk.
- •Compare correlated or related ETFs to find one with a lower expense ratio or higher trading volume.
- •Create an investing strategy that hedges an ETF with an uncorrelated or inversely correlated ETF.
