Payment Agreement

Membership Date

After successfully enrolling via Composer’s website accepting Composer’s Terms, your effective Membership Date in Composer will be the month and day you click Start your 14-day free trial. Memberships occur either monthly or for one calendar year and renew on the next Membership Date respectively.

Order Process

Clicking “Start 14-day free trial” constitutes your annual or monthly membership with Composer. Available Benefits start immediately. 

Renewal

You agree to automatically renew with Composer at the standard monthly rate of $30 and the standard annual rate of $288 on your renewal date. All Composer member accounts are automatically set to auto-renewal at the Membership Date. See below for more information on how to cancel your Composer membership or please contact support@composer.trade.

Acknowledgements; Non-Transferable

Your Composer Membership is not transferable or assignable to another party without the prior written approval of Composer.

Your Details

From time to time we will ask you to provide information so that we can perform our obligations under these terms and conditions. We will maintain your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Payment

In exchange for providing you with the Composer membership, you agree to pay Composer the annual or monthly Membership Fee, as well as any applicable transaction, multi-currency and Chargeback fees, and incorporated herein by this reference. We reserve the right to revise our fees at any time, subject to a thirty (30) day notice period to you prior to the new fees taking effect. In the event that you have a good faith dispute as to the amounts due, you agree to pay the undisputed amounts.  Composer will attempt payment on your Membership Date. If the payment is unsuccessful, you will be notified and given seven (7) calendar days to deposit cash into the account you selected for payment or update your payment method. Composer will attempt a second payment one (1), three (3), and seven (7) calendar days after the initial attempt. If the last payment attempt fails, you will lose all Composer membership rights immediately.  You are liable for all claims, expenses, fines and liability we incur arising out of:

  • a Chargeback, Refund, over-payment, payment error, or other invalid payment you cause (collectively “Invalidated Payment”)

  • any error, negligence, misconduct or fraud by you or someone acting on your behalf; and

  • any losses resulting from your failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement. 

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Composer subscription at any time. To initiate cancellation, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Account at composer.trade/login

  2. Navigate to Account & Funding in the top right corner and select Manage Account

  3. Select Cancel Trading Pass and follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation request

  4. You will receive a confirmation email to the email address associated with your account, verifying the cancellation of your subscription
