What is NTSX?
The Fund, an exchange traded fund ( ETF ), is actively managed using a models-based approach. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in large-capitalization U.S. equity securities and U.S. Treasury futures contracts. The Fund will invest in a representative basket of U.S. equity securities of large-capitalization companies generally weighted by market capitalization. Under normal circumstances, the Fund will invest approximately 90% of its net assets in U.S. equity securities. The remainder of the net assets, which WisdomTree Asset Management, Inc., the Fund s investment adviser ( WisdomTree Asset Management or the Adviser ), expects to be in cash and cash equivalents, will serve as collateral for U.S. Treasury futures contracts positions of varying maturities ranging from 2 to 30 years, which are selected to achieve a target duration of 3 to 8 years.

What is ETF correlation?
Correlation is a measure of the strength of the relationship between two ETFs. It quantifies the degree to which prices of the two ETFs typically move together.
Here, correlation is measured over the past year with the Pearson correlation coefficient (Pearon’s r), which ranges from -1 to 1.
Using ETF correlations in portfolio and strategy construction
ETF correlations can help you create investing strategies and portfolios. Use them to:
- •Build a diversified portfolio from uncorrelated or inversely correlated ETFs with the aim of minimizing portfolio risk.
- •Compare correlated or related ETFs to find one with a lower expense ratio or higher trading volume.
- •Create an investing strategy that hedges an ETF with an uncorrelated or inversely correlated ETF.
