What is NUHY?
The fund employs a passive management (or indexing ) approach, investing in a diversified portfolio of U.S. dollar-denominated, high yield, fixed-rate corporate bonds that satisfy certain environmental, social and governance ( ESG ) criteria. The fund seeks to track the investment results, before fees and expenses, of the Bloomberg MSCI U.S. High Yield Very Liquid ESG Select Index. The Bloomberg MSCI U.S. High Yield Very Liquid ESG Select Index (the Index ) utilizes certain environmental, social, and governance ( ESG ) criteria to select from the securities included in the Bloomberg U.S. High Yield Very Liquid Index (the Base Index ), which is designed to broadly capture the U.S. dollar-denominated, high yield, fixed-rate corporate bond market. ETF correlations can help you create investing strategies and portfolios. Use them to:
- •Build a diversified portfolio from uncorrelated or inversely correlated ETFs with the aim of minimizing portfolio risk.
- •Compare correlated or related ETFs to find one with a lower expense ratio or higher trading volume.
- •Create an investing strategy that hedges an ETF with an uncorrelated or inversely correlated ETF.
