What is OSCV?
The Opus Small Cap Value Plus ETF (the Fund or the Value Fund ) seeks capital appreciation. The Fund is an actively-managed exchange-traded fund ( ETF ) that invests under normal circumstances at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of small-capitalization U.S. companies. The Fund defines a small-capitalization company as an issuer whose market capitalization at the time of purchase is in the range of those found in the Russell 2000 Index. The Fund s sub-adviser selects stocks across a variety of sectors and industries for the Fund by combining factor-based analysis with rigorous fundamental research to identify high-quality, growing companies that the sub-adviser believes are undervalued.

- •Build a diversified portfolio from uncorrelated or inversely correlated ETFs with the aim of minimizing portfolio risk.
- •Compare correlated or related ETFs to find one with a lower expense ratio or higher trading volume.
- •Create an investing strategy that hedges an ETF with an uncorrelated or inversely correlated ETF.
